FIRST VISIT BOOKING POLICY: To reserve your first appointment we require a valid credit or debit card on file. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show you will be charged. Please be aware that all sales are final and nonrefundable.

LATE, CANCELLATION, & NO-SHOW POLICY: We ask that you arrive on time so we can honor your full appointment and respect others’ schedules. We understand that emergencies may arise and will do our best to accommodate. However:

~ Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50 percent charge of the visit fee.

~ Failing to show up without notice (no-show) will result in a 100 percent charge of the visit fee.

INSURANCE & THIRD PARTY PAYMENT POLICY: Our office is out of network with all insurance providers. We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as payment. We do not provide billing or file claims on your behalf to your insurance company. You are responsible for payment in full at the time of service.

Dr. Adrian Ubaru

Meet Dr. Adrian Ubaru, DC, MS, BS

Dr. Adrian Ubaru was born in Los Angeles, California, and spent much of his youth in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, before moving to Houston, Texas, during high school. It was there that he discovered his passion for health, wellness, and helping others thrive.

Dr. Adrian earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015. His journey of learning continued at Parker University, where he completed both his Doctorate in Chiropractic (2020) and a Master of Science in Strength and Human Performance (2021). With advanced certifications in Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) and Functional Dry Needling, Dr. Adrian is well-equipped to help patients recover and perform at their best.

During his internship at EXOS Performance Center, Dr. Adrian worked with top college football athletes, helping them prepare for the NFL Combine and Draft. His professional expertise is enriched by his personal experience recovering from multiple major knee surgeries. This journey deepened his empathy and commitment to patient care, allowing him to truly understand what his patients are going through and how to guide them toward healing.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Adrian enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Stacey, and their energetic pitsky, King. Together, they love hitting the golf range, playing pickleball with friends, and serving their community.
